The ensemble of two musicians — violinist Maxim Fedotov and pianist Galina Petrova - was formed in 1992. The unity of their artistic positions, music views, performing professionalism, emotional and intellectual potential and artistic style is proved by hundreds of joint concerts.

Maxim Fedotov - Russian violinist and conductor, People's Artist of Russia (2002), "a brilliant musician and a perfect master," Russian Paganini "(Frankfurter Rundschau), Laureate and winner of major International violin competitions (in Tokyo, International P. Tchaikovsky Competition in Moscow, N.Paganini International Violin Competition in Genoa), Laureate of the Moscow Government Award (2003), professor at the Moscow State Conservatory (since 1987), a Jury-member of International Violin competitions.

Galina Petrova - Russian pianist , soloist and ensemble performer. Honoured Artist of Russia (2001), Moscow Government Prize laureate (2003). Her mastership is distinguished for "superb piano mastery combined with wonderful music intellectuality and artistic charm" ("La Voce del Popolo").Got her music education at the Special Music School named after K. Bajseitova (Alma-Ata) and at the Moscow State Conservatory. Her tutors were A. Isakova, V. Merzhanov, T. Gajdamovich. Performs at the major concert halls of Moscow, Saint Petersburg, cities of Russia, Ukraine, CIS countries. Toured of Japan, the USA, Australia, Austria, Germany, Italy, France, Turkey, China, Poland, Croatia, countries of Balkan Area and of the Baltic area, and others.
